All media captured by [Photographer's Name] ("Photographer") remain the sole property of the Photographer, who retains full copyright and ownership rights. Upon full payment, the Client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for marketing and selling the specific property for which they were commissioned, including online and print advertising. The media may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, or distributed to third parties without the Photographer's prior written consent. The Client must obtain the Photographer's consent for third-party use of the media, and additional fees may apply. The Client agrees to indemnify the Photographer against any claims arising from misuse of the media. The Photographer may terminate the license if the Client breaches these terms, at which point the Client must cease using the media. By downloading media, the Client agrees to these terms of use and agrees to pay the balance in full within 10 days of media delivery.
